About This Event
Each team consists of five golfers and a sports alumni celebrity captain. The format is an 18-hole scramble. Single entries will be matched to a team. There will be a 9 a.m. Shotgun start.
The entry fee is $225 per player or $1,125 for a team of five. The entry fee includes: Team photo, Refreshments, Goodie bag, Golf apparel, one ticket for the Golf Banquet Sunday, May 5.
Prizes awarded for 3rd, 7th, 15th and 30th place.

Hole-In-One Sponsor is $5,000 - Banner, program recognition at Tournament and Banquet, Ten complimentary golfers. Twenty complimentary Golf Banquet tickets. Need commitment by March 31.
Eagle Sponsor Level is $2,500 - Program recognition at Tournament and Banquet. Golf Course signage. Five complimentary golfers. Ten complimentary Golf Banquet tickets. Need commitment by March 31.
Birdie Sponsor Level is $1,500 - Program recognition at Tournament and Banquet. Golf Course signage. Two complimentary golfers. Four Complimentary Banquet tickets.
Par Sponsor Level is $500 - Program recognition at Tournament and Banquet. Golf Course signage. One complimentary golfer. Two Complimentary Banquet tickets.
