Cinco de Mayo may be more popular, but this September 16th holiday for Mexico’s Independence is more meaningful, situated so close to Mexico, Texas feels its southern neighbor’s culture in almost every aspect. From the names of our cities to the foods we eat. Hispanic-especially Mexican-culture intertwines and mixes with the Lone Star State’s. So it is no surprise that Mexican Celebrations are so much a part of the festivities observed here in the state.

DAVID LEE GARZA born & raised in Poteet Tx. 2x Grammy Award Winner Considered the Godfather of Tejano Music & is the force behind one of the most popular Tejano groups of all time. Dedicated fans will know that DLG has featured a number of talented singers to belt out the band’s tunes. Some have gone on to have immeasurable fame of their own. Among the talented singers that launch their carriers with DLG include EMILIO NAVAIRA 2x Grammy Winner, JAY PEREZ 3x Grammy Award nomination& is considered “The Voice of Tejano Music”, RAM HERRERA nominated 1x Grammy, not to mention multi-talented singer, songwriter, producer, arranger and musician MARCOS OROZCO, or MARK LEDESMA
JAY PEREZ the Voice is an American singer who is known for mixing Rhythm & blues with traditional Tejano music. He is considered one of the most popular vocalist of Tejano industry. His most recent CD has released several #1 song in Mexico, Texas and across the nation.
MIKE GONZALEZ ICONICZZ has performed since childhood. Tour with his Legendary Father JIMMY GONZALEZ (born Aug 28 1950-June 6, 2018) died at age 67 considered a titan of Tejano Music winner of 8x Grammy awards. Since he father passed away MIKE rename the group & has tour to sell out performance with a SPECIAL TRIBUTE to his father.
Also included in our line-up is a young 10x piece power house band call DE LOS KUMBIAS from San Antonio Tx. Specializing in cumbias & high energy songs & dance. Extremely popular with the younger generation. Not to mention DIVA TEJANA DANCE GROUP OF San Antonio with 20x talented & lovely ladies providing a show stopping dance performances in between live performances.
